    This time, we’re inviting you to slow down with us. Unlike our past events, the spotlight will be fully on Pilates, helping you reset your energy and feel truly present in your body—alongside the art of romanticising your everyday life. You’ll also join Lucy for a wellness and mindfulness workshop, where she’ll share practical tools and mindset shifts to help you find beauty in the little moments. You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and completely re-energised.
